At NeoWeb agencIA, we use our own and third-party cookies for technical purposes and, with your prior consent, for analytics. Here, we'll explain what they are, which ones we use, and how to manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) Cookie Guide.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They help remember your preferences, recognize if you've visited before, and gather statistical information about how you use the site.
Local storage and your choice
Besides cookies, we use localStorage to save settings in your browser. The key cookie_consent stores your choice: accepted for analytics or rejected for essentials only. cookie_consent_at stores the date of that choice. These keys are neither cookies nor advertising identifiers.
Your choice is remembered for 365 days from your latest decision. We then ask again and block measurement until you accept. Previous preferences without a date are preserved and dated on your first visit with the updated system. If your browser cannot store this data, your choice applies only to that visit.
2. Types of Cookies and Consent
Cookies technical are essential for the website's operation and, by law, do not require consent. The rest (cookies analytical and third-party) are only installed if you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you accept, they remain blocked. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not load before you accept analytics. Accepting does not enable personalised advertising.

Tag management is handled by Google Tag Manager, which doesn't install tracking cookies itself. The cookies listed above are generated by the services it activates (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) once you accept.
4. How to Manage or Revoke Cookies?
You can change your decision using “Cookie preferences” in the footer of the website, calculator and blog. “Essentials only” rejects measurement; “Accept analytics” allows it. Closing the notice or continuing to browse does not mean you accept.
If you withdraw a previous acceptance, we disable measurement, remove the first-party analytics cookies we can manage and reload the page to stop scripts that have already loaded. Unsent forms may be lost when reloading. Withdrawal does not undo previous transmissions. Cookies from other domains are managed in your browser settings.
